Instrument and Controls Maintenance Engineer required for a large scale petrochemical project in Louisiana. Suitable candidates will expereince on a mega project and Instrument and controls reliability experience.Urgent hire.

Requirements:

- Develop Asset Management Strategies appropriate for the criticality of the I&C assets under consideration

- Structured Root Cause Failure Analysis

- Failure analysis

- Facilitates / Participate in Asset and Instrument Criticality Analysis

- Facilitates / Participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

- Maintain and analyze elements of Reliability data, including: Overall Equipment Effectiveness losses, work order cost and failure code analysis, failure analysis, and maintenance of the asset hierarchy.

- Manages Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program

- Develops Maintainability specifications for new I&C equipment

- Maintain the above within the SAP business software system, Meridium Asset Manager, and selected specialized software systems.

Education: BS degree in Engineering

Experience : 5 years +
